Description: Dumbbell Cardio Workout | Lose Fat Gain Muscle Let's continue on the trend of leaning down while maintaining muscle (and even gaining muscle)! Today's workout is a metabolic circuit comprised of 5 exercises. All you need is a set of dumbbells! Exercises are to be performed back to back with no rest in between. Pace is slow and steady, and each exercise should be 20 reps (10 reps per side for single-arm and single-leg exercises). Rest should be 1-2 minutes. This workout can be used as a finisher after weight training for extra fat burning, or it can be a standalone workout. For a finisher, I recommend doing this after upper body training and performing 1-2 rounds. For a standalone workout, I recommend 3-4 rounds.
